Yannis Roussis, Road Accident Expert He was born in 1963, served in the Greek Police and retired in 2013 with the rank of Brigadier General. He holds a Degree in “Business & Organization Management” from the School of Social Sciences, University of Patras E.A.P., a Master’s Degree in “Strategic Directorate of Private Security Projects” at NewYorkCollegeAthens, a Master’s Degree in “National Security Strategy & Policy” from the School of National Security, Police Academy, a Master’s Degree in “Dia of Quality Assurance-QualityControl” of the Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Patras E.A.P. Registered in the lists of experts of the Corinth & Heraklion Regional Offices and Municipalities as “Road Traffic Accident Analyst – road traffic accident investigation – damage control – mechanical engineering, electrical engineering – tachograph analysis (digital- analog)”. Member of the European Association for Accented Research and Analysis (EVU Greece), especially trainer in the software program for simulation and reconstruction of road accidents –Analyzer Pro & PC Crash, partner of the company “TUV AUSTRIA HELLAS” as a Technical Expert in “Inspection of Road Safety Management Systems” according to the ISO 39001:2012 standard, member of “EPERIGNOMON I.K.E.- Investigation and Analysis of Road Traffic Accidents”, Kolokotroni 18, Corinth and member of the Hellenic Association of Forensic Sciences HAFS – Traffic Accident Analysis Sector- (FullMember). Konstantinos Fanos, Road Accident Expert He was born in 1962, where he lives permanently in Patras. He is married and the father of three (3) children. He served in the Greek Police and retired in 2012 with the rank of Brigadier General. He served as Police Director in A.D. Achaia and during the previous years as an officer and Commander in Traffic Departments for more than 15 years. He has been trained in the Post-Training Schools of the Greek Police in Traffic matters (investigation and analysis of traffic accident conditions – use of breathalyzers – breathalyzer tests) as well as in Security matters during the general basic Olympic training by American trainers for the needs of the Olympic Games. He has been a member (2002-2004) of the Olympic facilities security planning team and the safe transportation of foreign Olympic delegations and officials. During the 2004 Olympic Games, he was operational Commander of a total force of 1500 people (Greek Armed Forces – Coast Guard and Armed Forces) with the mission of the safe accommodation and transportation of foreign missions in the region of Achaia. He is an analyst of traffic accidents and a judicial expert of the Courts of First Instance of Corinth-Patra and Pyrgos (Voulemata 19, 34 and 27), he speaks English.
Evangelos Nikolaou, Automotive Engineer He was born in 1970 in Athens, Attica. In 1998 he graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of T.E.I. Piraeus. He works as a freelancer. Specializes in the field of vehicles.
Stathis Katsoulas, Computer and Information Technology Engineer He was born in 1979 in Petroupoli, Attica. In 2004 he graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics of the Polytechnic School of the University of Patras. He works as a freelancer in the field of IT. Specializes in Web Design and programming.
